KEK BUAH KURMA



Resepi asalnya dari kek buah. As ganti dengan kurma dan walnut. Hasilnya sama saja. Sesiapa yang nak cuba....silakan. As copy je dari resepi asal.


INGREDIENTS:

(A)
250 g butter

190 g soft brown sugar


(B)
4 nos eggs


(C)
200g superfine flour

1/2 tsp cinnamon powder

1/2 tsp baking soda


(D)
100 ml fresh milk


(E)
240 g kurma (chopped)*

80 g toasted & chopped walnut*

40 g superfine flour* (* mixed well)


METHOD:


  1. Beat ingredients A till creamy with slow speed.

  2. Then slowly add in ingredients B , C & D

  3. Fold in ingredients E

  4. Pour mixture into an 8" greased mould

  5. Bake into preheated oven at 170'C for about 50-60 minutes

Nota: Bila masukkan bahan E pakai spatula je dan jangan kacau lama sangat bagi mengelakkan campurna buah-buahan jatuh ke dasar bila masak nanti.
