KAYA MUFFIN

























INGREDIENTS:

(A)
280 gm plain flour
15 gm baking powder

(B)
200 gm caster sugar

(C)
3 nos eggs grade A
150 ml fresh milk
160 gm corn oil
1 tsp vanilla essence

(D) 100 gm kaya paste

METHOD:
  1. Sift (A) and combine with (B). Mix in (C)
  2. Put 1/3 with the batter into muffin paper cups and add in 1 tsp of kaya paste. Then put more batter to fill about 85% of the cups
  3. Bake at 200'C for about 20-25 minutes

Nota: Buat muffin ni senang. Campur semua bahan dan kacau pakai whisk/spatula je. Tak payah pakai mesin langsung. Mesti makan masa panas-panas. Muffin tak tahan lama. 2-3 days only.
